Who is that Tauren Chef, Anyway?

Hello and thanks for visiting The WoW Cookbook!

My name is Guinevere and I wrote the Original and Strictly Unofficial World of Warcraft Cookbook.

My husband, Greg, and my sons, Rocky and Chance, got me interested in gaming in general, and then my sons got me interested in World of Warcraft in particular.

I loved the names of the various food items available in WoW and I toyed with the idea of making up some recipes IRL to recreate those unique dishes so I could serve them at home.

One day at the grocery store I came across some rhubarb and I was struck by its resemblance to murloc arms; thus Strawberry-murloc pie was born.

After that I considered a cookbook, but I was not sure if I could come up with enough recipes, and between running our own business and homeschooling our youngest I didn’t have a lot of free time.

But . . . I made up a list, and once I got started I soon found it was difficult to stop!
