I have been somewhat frustrated with the US-Metric conversion charts that I have found online. Some are so detailed that they are confusing (just TMI,) while others are so vague that it’s difficult to understand what they are referencing.
From what I have seen around the web there may be differences between the measurements in Canada, Britain, Australia, etc. Most charts I found did not explain this sufficiently, so I do not know about all of these variations.
I made up my own simple chart, just to help convert basic measurements and temperatures necessary for cooking- nothing fancy. This is just a basic chart that does not address all of the above mentioned issues, but it may be useful.

There are some errors in your chart. Why is 1 tbsp 15 ml but 2 tbsp = 25?
Also, your Celsius temperatures are written as F.
Might want to fix that.
